First, you have to do the Test. The CliftonStrengths test helps identify areas where you have the greatest potential to build strengths. It measures repetitive patterns of thinking, feeling and behavior.
Knowing your talents is the starting point. What CliftonStrengths measures are talents that define potential, not strengths.
The test is called “CliftonStrengths” instead of “CliftonTalent” because the ultimate goal is to build real strengths, and talent is an essential ingredient in the strengths formula.
Your combination of strengths is very unique. The chance another person has the same group of strengths in their Top 5 is roughly one in 275,000. Your strengths are listed in order of intensity, making the combination of your talents even more distinctive.
If you wanted to find someone with the same Top 5 themes in the same order as you, the odds are one in 33.4 million. (Gallup 2013).
During the Skype session I help you to understand your strengths result and its unique talent combination.
We will discuss the exact understanding of ech definition of talent, identify mature, supportive and immature talents, analyze the dark sides of the force of talents, and its blind spots.
During this time of self-discovery you will be observing your talents in action . The purpose of this time is to closely see how each talent influences your thinking, feeling and behaviour.
After the self-discovery you will be able to identify your most frequently occurring talents and the combinations between them. You may notice that some talents appear strongly forming Talent-pairs.
At the end of the observation phase you will be able to identify the dominant domain (4 domains of CliftonStrengths are: executing, influencing, relationship building and strategic thinking).
I will help you choose the most appropriate strengths for a given situation and determine the dynamics of developing your potential towards strengths.
We will treat the blind spots and their actions as an opportunity to build new behaviors. This process of building awareness will give a greater and positive impact on building the dynamics of change.
We will use a positive approach to identifying your goals and ambitions.
We will build a personal development plan based on SMARTER goals.
