ABOUT ME

My name is Agnieszka Gut and I will be happy to share my passion with you. I love accompanying people in the process of their personal development: setting goals, looking for a path to make dreams come true, and most of all – discovering the natural potential in each of us.

Thanks to many years of business experience, the ability to lead the coaching process and my strengths (my Top 5: Achieving, Learner, Developer, Strategic, Maximizer). I inspire others to discover their unique talents to follow the Green Path.

The Green Path is a philosophy of life that follows the principle that each of us is unique. It is worth getting to know the natural potential in good health and develop it, doing what you love, professionally, and personally.

All this so that in everyday life we can carry out projects on internal motivation, build valuable relationships. Be aware, what is the life purpose, when building a personal comfort zone.I strongly believe that getting to know and develop our talents, specializations, and a kind of vocation is exactly being on the Green Path.

I am building my coaching’s on 30-years family and training experience. Living in Poland, Finland, Spain and Belgium, I draw from the intercultural and international dynamics. I specialize in building bridges of intergenerational communication (Baby Boomers, Gen-X, Gen-Y, Z). At the same time, I invite you to develop respect for diversity in yourself and others, and I encourage you to deepen your emotional intelligence in the practice of building interpersonal relationships.

Frequently Asked Questions

Understanding your individual needs and goals is my priority. So I listen to you carefully and together we strive to create a unique and valuable experience.
What is the CliftonStrengths assessment?

The CliftonStrengths assessment is a Web-based assessment of normal personality from the perspective of Positive Psychology. It is the first instrument of this type developed expressly for the Internet. Over a secure connection, the CliftonStrengths assessment presents 177 items to you. Each item consists of a pair of potential self-descriptors, such as “I read instructions carefully” versus “I like to jump right into things”. You are given 20 seconds to respond to a given pair of descriptors before the assessment automatically presents the next pair (Gallup 2020).

How long does the session last and how we will connect?

The duration of coaching session is 1,5H, we connect on Skype.

How much time I need to complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment?

CliftonStrengths takes most people about 35-45 minutes to complete. It is the best when you can do it without any interruptions.

What does it mean development plan and SMARTER goals?

Development plan is a document prepared for your unique combination of talents that specifies the areas for self-development with concrete action plans market to which of the areas. Strategic (SMARTER: S-smart, M-measurable, A-attainable, R-realistic, T-timely, E-exciting, R- recorded) goals are set for the next year. The development plan is defining the scope of competences that are worth improving on the strengths. Estimating the opportunities and threats, when it will succeed and when it fails. Replacing the vision of the future with specific actions step by step.

Do I need to prepare before the session?
The best way to prepare is to read the reports from Gallup, and from me. While reading the reports, ask yourself, “is it always me? How often does this talent describe me? How often do I see this talent in everyday life?”. Highlight talents or phrases that are close to you “It’s ME!”.
How do I know when it is time to book a coaching session?

The CliftonStrengths is a powerful online assessment that helps individuals identify, understand and maximize their strengths. By exploring the ways in which you naturally think, feel and behave, CliftonStrengths can identify and build on the areas where you have infinite potential to grow and succeed. It is especially useful when: you want to understand and manage yourself, you want to approach career change, you want to succeed and perform extraordinary well. The test transforms the way you think, live, love, parent, partner, manage and lead. Anytime it is appropriate to do a test, however when you start seeing gaps in any of the mentioned areas CliftonStrengths can bring fast solutions.

Do I have to buy the test by myself? Which test should I do first TOP 5, or 34?

There are two options. I can buy a test code for you and send it to you by e-mail. I don’t charge extra for it, I just buy the code from Gallup and save your time. Of course, you can always buy the code yourself. I recommend discovering the Top 5 first to get to know and understand your dominant talents thoroughly. It is worth spending from 3 to 6 months to get to know and observe them. When you are sure you know and understand how your unique Top 5 combo works, decide to reveal the full 34 talent list. It is worth knowing that the test is performed only once. Therefore, please write down the login and password to the Gallup account, which you enter when registering on the website. If you already completed the test and you just want to schedule a coaching please contact me under personal enquiry as a code is always included in my models of cooperation.

Can we have a session in the evening, or during the weekend?

Yes, I try to be as much flexible as I can.

How should I understand the term: taxonomy of human potential?

In the early 1950s, Don Clifton, a popular psychologist and researcher at the University of Nebraska, began to wonder about how psychology described people. He noticed the fact that psychology has always observed what was “wrong” with people, both medically, psychologically and socially. However, only in very few cases did she describe what good happens to people and what they are perfect at. Don Clifton thought, “What would happen if we started describing what’s good about people instead of studying what’s wrong with them?” This simple question asked by Don Clifton decades ago started the global strengths movement (Clifton & Harter 2019). Don Clifton defined human tendencies as “naturally recurring patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that may find useful application.” Don wanted to identify those universal, yet practical, features that predicted real high-performance results. He also wanted to identify trends in people that are unique to each person, but which can also be developed in practice by building their strengths on them. By the mid-1990s, the meta analysis of all his research had combined into 34 distinct talents that successful people develop into their strengths. These talents outline the basic dimensions of human potential.

Can I do CliftonStrengths for my child?

Children who are 15 or older — as well as adults — can take the CliftonStrengths assessment. For teenagers there is a test called Clifton Youth StrengthsExplorer assessment. It is designed for kids 10 to 14 years old. If you have kids that are younger, parents should learn about the 10 Clifton Youth StrengthsExplorer themes: Achieving, Caring, Competing, Confidence, Dependability, Discoverer, Future Thinker, Organizer, Presence and Relating. Next, parents can watch for clues to talent in their young children and use the Clifton Youth StrengthsExplorer themes to categorize their observations. Click here to read more on StrengthsExplorer.

What happens in case I do not like the session?

If you will not like the session and I will not meet your expectations, I will give you money back.

How much time does it take for talent to become strength?
Talents become strengths when you can consistently apply them to achieve positive outcomes via near-perfect performance. Consistency develops through practice and the ability to focus the power of your innate talents.Turn your talents into strengths by identifying, appreciating, and focusing them. Training makes perfect. It is very difficult to determine the time in which talent transforms into a strength, because a lot depends on how old you are doing the test, what practice and experience you have, and above all with what level of consciousness you live. Efficiency and effectiveness are developed through practice and a conscious focus on natural talents. Peter Drucker said, “You cannot consciously and effectively manage something that you cannot name and measure” (Drucker 1966). I know people who uncovered, watched and improved their Top 5 in the direction of strengths in up to 4 years and still there is work to do. I also know those who built a personal mastery on one of their talents in a few months. Therefore, creating and building strengths depends on your commitment, perseverance, self-curiosity, determination and the willingness to change.
Is it worth repeating the test if it was done 5 years ago or more?

Your first completion of the CliftonStrengths will yield the purest and most revealing results. For this reason, each CliftonStrengths access code is valid for only one time through the assessment. Taking the CliftonStrengths more than once may actually decrease the accuracy of your results. However, when you went through a major life change (ex: moving to another country, marriage, divorce, substantial professional change) it is worth repeating the assessment.

I do not agree with the test results, what should the next step be?

Psychometric assessments are scientific tools that measure cognitive formation and function. That is why CliftonStrengths provides an extremely accurate identification of the talents present in an individual, pointing to his or her greatest potential. This is an interesting situation if you do not agree with the test results. This situation is best looked at during a coaching session. It is good to know that the first reaction, “I disagree with the test results” comes from the fact that the owner of the result misunderstands the definition of talent. Understanding the semantics of talent definition through the prism of the native language at times may be misleading. The goal of Gallup’s research was to create a universal, international language for the discipline of strengths. Therefore, understanding talents through the prism of the mother tongue may be insufficient.

My Gallup Certificate

Who you are is the gift you received from birth - you are born with a set of neuronal talents that no one else has. Turning unique talent into strength requires skill, knowledge, diligent effort, and deliberate action - all of this relates to matters that are important to you.

While success combines different things for different people, everyone achieves their version of success, making the most of their strengths. This has proved almost 70 years of research. It is worth using this research today.
